Can you imagine a hospital without water? In recent years, the hospital of Centre Medical Evangélique of Nyankunde, in Bunia, had less and less water supply. The city water could not be counted on to fill the plastic tanks, and sometimes there was no water to scrub up for surgery, no water for patients to bathe, no water to wash the dirty linens, no water for the chlorinator that provides safe drinking water, etc. We are very thankful that a gift was received enabling a well to be drilled and the hospital is now well served with water.
